This role involves overseeing the data entry of applications and student paperwork, interacting with student families to obtain updated information and correct demographic data, and providing excellent customer service. This employment opportunity offers a contract to hire arrangement.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the data entry of applications and student paperwork• Regularly communicate with student families to collect updated information and correct any errors in demographic data• Provide top-tier customer service to all stakeholders• Handle and resolve inquiries related to student paperwork and applications• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites to efficiently manage and organize data• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of intake processes• Act as a primary point of contact for families, offering support and guidance as needed• Maintain strict confidentiality of student and family information in compliance with privacy regulations• Use excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both children and adults.
