In MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY (In Office Position): Our client - growing law firm in constant addition of several new experienced attorneys to strengthen their core insurance defense practice group - is searching for a Legal Secretary to support the team on a contract/potentially contract-to-permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be a TRUE legal secretary, who can handling both the billing / expense and time reporting functions attorneys need along with solid word processing skills (legal document production, editing and formatting, etc.). An INSURANCE DEFENSE background is ideal for this role, however not necessary. Position is fully in office, and supports a growing law practice with flexible start and end times (roughly 9 - 5, Mon - Fri., however they will work with the person if a little later or a little earlier needed).
