The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing insurance policies, providing legal advice.Responsibilities:Review and analyze insurance policies to determine the extent of the insurer’s obligations.Advise clients on insurance claim-related issues and disputes.Negotiate with insurance adjusters and lawyers to resolve claims.Represent clients in court, present facts, argue on their behalf and challenge the opposing testimony or evidence.Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.Draft and review legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, policies, and appeals.Communicate regularly and maintain a good working relationship with clients.Stay updated with changes and developments in insurance law.Attend continuing education courses, seminars, and workshops to stay updated with the current laws.
