Your responsibilities in this role - Support ongoing development of procedures and policies including diversity and inclusion program - Generate and file government reports, and take part in acquisition due diligence - Generate and review contracts including leases, licenses, purchases, and sales agreements - Company will provide corporate perks, bonus, full benefits, and growth opportunity- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience. - Solid understanding of U.S. regulatory compliance as it relates to financial services, financial crime, privacy, corporate governance and risk management. - Detail-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful with strong follow-through skills, as well as demonstrated strategic approach to legal problem solving. - Minimum 8 years of practice in a law firm or in-house with a practice concentration in real estate, finance, entity formation and other commercial areas. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with legal and business leaders internally and externally. - Able to communicate complex issues in a simple way, orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks, as well as excellent written, verbal and analytical skills.- Must be experienced in dealing with cross-border legal issues and transactions and contract drafting, preferably in a regulated financial services environment with experience in dealing with multiple regulatory frameworks in different jurisdictions. - Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from an accredited law school; attorney's license must be current, active and in good standing.
