In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent, facilitating the full recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Responsibilities: • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.• Proactively engage with potential candidates to build relationships and ensure a strong pipeline of talent.• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to assist in the decision-making process.• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and support.• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection criteria.• Track key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
