This Sr. Help Desk Analyst role is based in the San Francisco, California area and is a 3-6 month temporary contract.Resolve IT Support incidents and service requests from end-users, Including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Primarily support the Mac OX desktop (also support a few Windows, and ChromeOS desktops)Be a documentation champion, crafting and refining processes as the company scales.Support AV systems and help host complex meetings and events.Asset Management: maintain inventory systems, order and provision hardware and software to new joiners and perform regular audits.
