This role involves providing support to MacOS and Linux systems, utilizing Zendesk and other ticketing systems for problem-solving, and maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: • Provide support for MacOS and Linux systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring systems run smoothly• Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets• Apply problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues• Maintain a customer-focused approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality customer support• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations• Provide customer support for Mac computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless customer experience• Assist with basic troubleshooting tasks and help customers navigate our products and services• Track trouble tickets and follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved• Continuously improve customer experience and satisfaction by proactively identifying potential issues and solutions.
