This role will be based onsite in North Hollywood and will involve providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations of our IT systems.Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for both Windows and Mac systems.Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.Document and track all support incidents and service requests in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection.Assist with user training and orientation on IT systems and software applications.Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
