They are a digitally enabled financial services company with coverage in the insurance, reinsurance, and asset management spaces. They have nearly $24 billion in AUM. This role offers the chance to directly engage with both funds and the company's financial position. The perfect candidate will be meticulous, with excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks promptly. They must exhibit a strong commitment to their work and the capacity to address issues independently and proactively. Previous experience in credit is desirable, as is familiarity with partnership accounting. Primary duties involve:Conducting monthly or quarterly closing of credit funds' books in SS& C Geneva, serving as shadow books to the administrator's official records.Providing daily financial reports including performance, valuation, exposures, attribution, and counterparty exposure.Handling various ad hoc administrative tasks, collaborating internally and externally to furnish diverse information/documentation.Generating lender reports, drafting portfolio reporting as stipulated by company credit facility agreements.Compiling quarterly draft GAAP financial statements for specific legal entities, meeting prescribed deadlines for delivery to lenders.Coordinating with administrators on consolidated financial statements per credit facility agreements, supplying necessary documentation and addressing audit team queries.Collaborating with the Tax Director on quarterly tax estimates, annual tax work, and occasional tax structuring projects.
