If you're ready to be at the forefront of cutting-edge ventures, this is the place to be! Fund AccountantMenlo Park; Hybrid Up to $100k base Bonus Day to Day:Manage the general ledger for Funds, handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions.Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations.Process wires for investments and Fund expenses.Execute quarterly close of the books for Funds, including financial statements.Prepare individual partners' capital allocations on a quarterly and year-to-date basis.Process capital calls, calculating allocations and tracking cash receipts.Handle both cash and stock distributions, including detailed calculations.Track investment data and documentation for all investments.Complete quarterly reconciliations with cap tables.Update and maintain LP records, recording and calculating LP interest transfers.
