In this role, the Full Charge Bookkeeper will serve as primary point of contact for all matters regarding the Trust Account, Settlements, Letters of Guarantee and adjusting/closing documents for each case, and also assist the third-party payroll vendor and outside CPA with banks statements and payroll records. The clerical staff will address any concerns to the Full Charge Bookkeeper who will directly support the Office Manager and both partners. Apply today for this great career opportunity!What you get to do every day:- Serve as primary point of contact for all matters regarding Trust Account, Settlements, Letters of Guarantee and adjusting/closing documents for each case- Oversee disbursement to clients, associated vendors, and reimbursement to firm partners for monthly expenses- Look after Accounts Payable for all office bills- Ensure proper recording of all receipts and disbursements to the ledger and accurate coding to each case file- Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and all supporting documents for 3rd party CPA- Provide accurate payroll information to 3rd party payroll provider- Other unique projects when they come up- Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Outline business license and gross receipts
