Responsibilities
- Manage fixed asset accounting functions, including capitalization and budget processes.
- Utilize accounting software systems such as BlackLine, Great Plains (GPAC), and Oracle Manufacturing.
- Oversee Capital Expenditure (CapEx) accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Leverage ERP Solutions to streamline and improve accounting processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of capital management activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for financial operations.
- Identify and implement improvements to fixed asset accounting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and changes in accounting rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Familiarity with BlackLine is essential.
- Experience with CapEx is necessary.
- Knowledge of ERP Solutions is required.
- Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) is essential.
- Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary.
- Ability to handle Budget Processes is required.
- Knowledge of Capitalization and Capital Management is essential.
- Experience with Oracle Manufacturing is necessary.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
