This role is perfect for an experienced FP& A Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.Your responsibilities in this role- Execute financial valuation and analysis for mergers and acquisitions- Engage with staff by recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees- Develop operating budget and forecasts by estimating the costs and benefits of operating plans during the annual budget development cycle- Manage the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial analysis- Supervise and oversee the operations of the financial planning team- Help with regulatory filings- Enable strategic and day-to-day decisions through financial analysis- Address and improve strategic issues by working in cross-functional development teams- Contribute to financial analysis support for forecasting and corporate budgeting processes- Analyze budget and fiscal assumptions in the creation of operating plans- Provide key financial analysis to inform both day-to-day and strategic decisions- Support financial deliverables to the executive team- Arrange financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
