For over 40 years, the firm has provided disciplined portfolio management for individuals, retirement accounts, trusts, family offices, corporations, endowments and foundations across separately managed accounts and mutual funds. The Wealth Advisor position is a critical role which supports and furthers the objectives of the entire Wealth Advisory team. This individual is responsible for servicing existing client relationships as well as assisting in generating new prospects and leads to support the growth of the business. The Role:• Ability to both develop and manage client relationships at an advanced level.• Actively make client recommendations consistent with the client’s financial plan and Investment Policy Statement. Understand and think strategically about each client’s financial planning including performing general research in areas of investments, income tax planning, estate planning, and impact of recent regulations.• Drive new sales opportunities. Including working closely with outside centers of influence (COI’s) and internal teams to ensure an integrated and superior client sale and service experience.• Grow and foster relationships with clients and prospects to educate and promote our products and offerings.• Host and curate events along with associated content for existing clients and prospects.• Partner with other members of the Wealth Advisory team to support clients in a collaborative manner by executing service requests including: regularly updating information in the CRM, scheduling meetings, onboarding new clients, report generation, and other tasks as assigned.• Frequently meet with clients and complete mandatory account reviews for those relationships. Formulate the appropriate actions necessary to help the client enhance their relationship with our Investments.• Provide high level service to clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and other related parties to assigned accounts.• Local and regional travel may be required.
