Key Responsibilities:Organize and categorize physical and electronic documents and records.Label, index, and file documents according to established procedures and guidelines.Retrieve and distribute files, records, and information to authorized personnel upon request.Ensure proper storage, protection, and security of confidential and sensitive documents.Assist in scanning, digitizing, and uploading documents into electronic filing systems.Perform regular audits and checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of files.Maintain and update file indexes, logs, and tracking systems as needed.Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
