This role involves managing various facility services, coordinating space management, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a safe and functional environment for all staff. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity that requires strong management and customer service skills.Responsibilities:• Manage facility services such as cleaning, security, parking, and health and safety initiatives• Coordinate space management activities, including office moves, desk assignments, and layout changes• Collaborate with various teams to identify facility needs and manage necessary repairs and improvements• Organize and track assets and inventory management related to supplies, materials, and equipment• Oversee contract management of vendors to ensure services are delivered on time• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of health and safety reports• Liaise with building management to address any issues that may arise• Respond to facility-related emergencies during and after business hours• Implement short and long-term facility plans and strategiesSkills:• Proficiency in CMMS, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook• Experience with About Time, Conference Rooms, Construction• Strong customer service and documentation skills
