As an ERP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the efficiency of the organization's ERP system. Responsibilities:ERP System Maintenance: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical glitches, and ensuring data integrity.Programming and Database Work: Leverage programming languages to develop, customize, and enhance ERP functionalities. Proficiency in SQL is particularly crucial for database management tasks like querying, scripting, and data manipulation.Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Manage EDI processes to facilitate electronic communication and data exchange between the organization and its external partners, such as suppliers, customers, and vendors.Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize ERP processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience. Identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and implement best practices to maximize the system's potential.Business Partnerships: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations, to understand their requirements and align ERP solutions with business objectives. Serve as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, translating requirements into actionable system enhancements.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the ERP system. Create user guides, documentation, and conduct workshops to enhance system adoption and proficiency.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize ERP data to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics to aid decision-making processes. Extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns from the data to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA, within the ERP environment.
