Description
We are currently in search of an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our manufacturing team based in Tampa, Florida. This role involves a deep understanding of ERP systems and their integration with various business areas including billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting data import processes, migration, and maintaining updates. Apply today for immediate consideration!
Responsibilities:
Utilize a strong understanding of ERP systems to work effectively with the wider business
Oversee the integration, implementation and testing of NetSuite
Support data import processes and migration
Maintain and manage updates to NetSuite
Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needs
Provide ongoing systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
Develop an understanding of the NetSuite dashboard to provide users with relevant reports and KPIs
Have hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
Have prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce
Show extensive experience as a business systems analyst
Be proficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and the NetSuite data model
If possible, hold a NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Requirements
Proficient in Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, and Apex Visualforce
Experience with Assertion Markup Language and AB Testing
Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents
Familiar with Configuration Management and Data Loading
Skilled in creating Dashboards for data visualization
Understanding of WMS System operations
Expertise in Netsuite CRM is a must
Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred
Ability to provide ERP/CRM consultation and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in implementing and managing ERP/CRM systems
Ability to work in a team and lead projects
Problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications in ERP/CRM consultation would be advantageous.
