Robert Half is Hiring an Email Marketing Specialist Near Boulder, CO

Robert Half Marketing Creative (formerly known as TCG) is partnering with a streaming media company in their search for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with 3 years experience. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage and convert the target audience.

Salary Range: $60-100k, DOE

This role requires 4-5 days/week onsite in the office located close to Boulder, Colorado.

The "day-to-day"

  • Work with Email Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive conversion of prospects and boost member engagement
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns across multiple channels, including member email, SMS, and push
  • Ideate and continually test compelling email marketing content, including subject lines, body copy, CTAs, creative asset types, and user experiences
  • Collaborate with in-house creative team to develop engaging assets that drive results
  • Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Constantly consider ways to optimize and iterate on automations and triggers to improve KPIs and drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing privacy and regulations, i.e. CAN-SPAM, GDPR
  • Use email marketing software to manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and automate campaigns
  • Monitor email marketing KPIs, prepare reporting, and provide regular updates to the team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3 years experience in email marketing
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, regulations, and tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in email marketing software, such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or Emarsys
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and complete work within a deadline
  • Must be able to work on campus in Louisville, CO 4-5 days/week - only local candidates or candidates planning to relocate will be considered
