We have partnered with a client within the real estate industry on their search for a Director of Property Management with prior property management experience. As the Director of Property Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of property management including: ensuring compliance and standards are in line with all regulations, monitoring the leasing of new construction projects, providing supervisory oversight to regional managers, staying abreast of vacancies within communities, developing and executing strategic plans for property management, and overseeing day-to-day operations such as community leasing/tenant relations/maintenance and financial management.
