This may be the role for you if you are an experienced Director of Financial Reporting looking for a challenging role at an established company. Bilingual Mandarin language skills is a huge plus!Major responsibilitiesAssist in accurate and timely public filings, such as Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Annual Proxy Statement, and quarterly earnings releases.Assist in substantive financial audit and internal controls audit. Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants. Prepare accounting memoranda for complex or unusual transactions. Prepare reports and analysis as needed by executive management (CFO, CEO, Board). Other tasks assigned by management.
