This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity, is located in the Anaheim, California, area.How you will make an impact- Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions- Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities- Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals- Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures- Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
