Jenny Bour with Robert Half is looking to staff a Demand Planner with our rapidly growing client! As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for the effective management and coordination of all forecasting activities. This role plays a key part in supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, Purchasing functions, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, IT, and Finance. The primary goal of this Demand Planner is to achieve best-in-class forecast accuracy while contributing to overall operational excellence!Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive demand plans, taking into consideration historical data, market trends, and input from cross-functional teams.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather relevant information and insights to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.Work closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring a balance between customer service levels and cost-effectiveness.Actively participate in the SIOP process, providing valuable input and insights to drive decision-making.Establish and adjust MRP parameters to align with changing business dynamics and optimize planning processes.
