Responsibilities:Axiom Veracross Software Management:Utilize Axiom Veracross software to oversee and manage financial data.Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.Collaborate with CFO and relevant stakeholders to optimize system functionality.Accounts Receivable/Student Billing:Manage the billing process for students, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Oversee accounts receivable, monitor collections, and implement effective payment strategies.Address inquiries related to student billing and work towards resolution.Financial Reporting:Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights to leadership.Develop and maintain standardized financial reports using Axiom Veracross and other tools.Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budget tracking and reporting.Reconciliations:Conduct regular financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Document reconciliation processes for future reference.Compliance and Audit Support:Work closely with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.Stay abreast of industry regulations and implement necessary changes.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.Contribute to the forecasting process for future financial planning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA certification preferred.Proven experience working with Axiom Veracross software.Prior experience in the non-profit sector is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of AR/student billing processes.Proficient in financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
