- Uphold and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts
- Provide overall support in contract administration functions for the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments
- Put together contractual provisions and administer contract proposals
- Check and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)
- Reform and manage contract repositories
- Red-line documents as required for compliance and review external clients' contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance
- Own internal and external requests on status of contracts
- Helm the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
- Own and maintain contracts database
