A leading High Tech company is seeking a Compliance Training Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote basis. This position plays a crucial role within the People Compliance Team, responsible for managing compliance-related efforts for a global workforce. The team collaborates closely with Legal, People Operations Team, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and Payroll to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Compliance Training Coordinator will oversee the New Hire Required Compliance Training process, ensuring seamless enrollment, monitoring completion rates, and providing support for any training or Learning Management System (LMS) inquiries. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), fully remote, 3-month contract position.Key Responsibilities:Manage enrollment and completion of all new hires to ensure 100% completion of required training curriculum.Enroll new hires in the LMS tool and assign the New Hire Required Training weekly.Generate regular reports to monitor training progress and audit system enrollments.Escalate instances of non-compliance to relevant stakeholders such as Managers, HR Business Partners, and VPs.Provide support and troubleshooting for LMS system issues and administer related tasks.Assist with other compliance-related tasks as needed.
