In NEW YORK, NY (Position *starts* in office, flexibility for hybrid after orientation, etc.): Our client - high-power, full-service law firm representing primarily business clients in both transactions and litigation - is searching for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to assist them with legal research and writing on a contract/project basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring roughly three to four (3-4 ) years of true lawyering experience, and be comfortable with true motion practice, and so bring significant drafting skills, as well as the ability to review and digest/summarize depositions. Position supports a major case where firm is representing a building developer (loans, etc.), and where thousands of documents were produced that needs review as part of a team supported by another Doc Review Attorney specializing in the Relativity piece. Candidates MUST be comfortable *starting* in office (for first two weeks or so), with flexibility for remote/hybrid once familiar with the role, work pace, etc. Position is 35-40 hours per week, with minimal / not much potential for overtime.
