If you are interested in building your career as a finance professional that is part of a growing team, contact us today!Your responsibilities- Process bankruptcy filings in the correct manner when received- Process Payments- Manage all billing and reporting activities in line with deadlines- Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity- Manage inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence- Comply with all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act- Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment- Record all customer payments to the correct reports- Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
