If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Vince Forchetti at 609-201-3181. Key Responsibilities:Contact customers to collect on past due accounts via phone, email, and mail.Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding balances.Research and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.Update customer records and account information accurately in the database.Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, billing, and customer service to resolve issues and expedite payments.
