We are in search of a Client Intake Specialist to join our team. Our offices are located near Green Lake in Seattle and this role is a fully on-site position. This role is pivotal to our operations, involving client intake, conducting intake interviews, and drafting letters. The successful candidate will also be proficient in handling inbound telephone calls and have a strong understanding of Personal Injury Law. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish to be considered due to the majority of clientele speaking this language. Responsibilities:• Facilitate client intake process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all new clients.• Conduct intake interviews, gathering necessary information and addressing any initial concerns or queries.• Manage and organize inbound telephone calls, responding promptly and professionally.• Draft letters and other correspondence, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Display a strong understanding of Personal Injury Law, providing accurate information and advice to clients.• Show proficiency in the use of computer systems, utilizing various software and applications to complete tasks efficiently.• Maintain a client-focused approach, empathizing with and understanding the needs of each individual client.• Manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively.• Display a willingness to grow within the role, possibly progressing to a case manager position.• Utilize bilingual skills, if applicable, to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.Firm offers full benefits including Medical/Dental coverage (with paid premiums), 12 paid days off per year, paid court holidays, transportation stipend, 401K, and a collegial work environment with multiple staff appreciation days and events!To submit your resume confidentially please send to Sam(dot)Sheehan(at)RobertHalf(dot)(com)
