Tyler Houk (Practice Director) Robert Half is currently working with a large farming organization located near Visalia, CA seeking a CFO. The candidate will need to have previous vertically integrated farming exposure for consideration and relocation assistance can be provided. The ideal CFO will have excellent analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills, including an ability to work well with the CEO, board members and other senior executives. Candidates with a combination of industry and public accounting knowledge are preferred.
