Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO).As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization. The contract CFO position will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions.Major responsibilities- Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades- Recognize and manage business risks and insurance requirements- Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors- Strategically manage the Accounting and Finance functions- Lead relationships with investors and investment institutions- Manage accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls- Recommend improvements to ensure the integrity of a company's financial information
