Engages in interactive remote troubleshooting with clients for audio/visual systems, control interfaces, and home networks. Completes requisite training programs and obtains certifications from manufacturers, industry associations, and the company. Capable of training colleagues on advanced installation techniques. Proactively seeks out and familiarizes oneself with new technologies to share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering A/V control systems and residential networking, coupled with outstanding customer service aptitude.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate leadership qualities, collaborate effectively with our skilled installation team, adeptly manage multiple tasks and projects, exhibit independent thinking, adaptability to change, efficient communication both internally and externally, and adept client interaction skills.
