The role involves working closely with various departments to optimize business functions from an IT perspective, particularly in implementing and maintaining business systems.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with different department stakeholders to understand and address their IT needs• Analyze existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement• Implement, configure, and maintain business systems, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements• Utilize knowledge of CMMS or EAP (IBM Maximo preferred) to enhance business operations • Leverage skills in Business Analysis and Enterprise Asset Management to drive efficiency and effectiveness • Resolve system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing user support• Conduct training sessions for users on new systems and updates• Conduct regular system audits to ensure accurate functionality and data integrity• Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute system updates and enhancements• Monitor the performance of business systems and report findings to IT management.
