Robert Half is looking for a Business/Supply Chain Analyst to join a newly created team of a growing manufacturing company. SUMMARY:The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and cost optimization in manufacturing processes across multiple facilities by heavily focusing on manufacturing and data analytics (labor efficiency, KPI's, cost, production, product analysis, demand planning, forecasting, etc.). The Business Analyst must be self-sufficient in pulling, breaking down, and analyzing dynamic/complex data sets, preparing reports, and presenting presentations to leadership teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and supply chain, to proactively gather requirements and deeply understand our business needs in manufacturing capacity planning and product costing.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical prowess to decipher manufacturing capacity data, uncover trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and identify untapped opportunities for improvement.
