The Business Planning Analyst will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and eliciting business and technical needs across multiple business units. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate technical and business requirements effectively. The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating various types of business status, performance, and forecasting data and reports, supporting management, account officers, and planning team members.Major Responsibilities:Confirm that complex requirements are executable, testable, and complete, rather than ambiguous.Document and elicit requirements through user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc.Collaborate and build trusted relationships with business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requests.Comfortable with Agile methodology.Must be able to communicate to all levels in an organization, possess strong problem-solving skills, be adaptable, flexible, proactive, and willing to take ownership.Background working with a variety of simple to complex projects.4 years of business analysis experience.Ability to write basic to moderately complex SQL queries, as well as technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira (or similar tool).Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.Summary:The Business Planning Analyst will handle business planning matters in ACBD1. Responsibilities include generating various types of business status, performance, and forecasting data and reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and participating in credit control and business infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, organizational abilities, communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.Compliance:The individual in this role is responsible for maintaining awareness and compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.
