We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk located in Vallejo, California. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up invoices, coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating billing information, and carrying out various administrative duties. Responsibilities:• Set up invoices specific to customer requirements and track invoice reports on missing invoices, invoices not sent, and pending invoices.• Coordinate project activities including but not limited to meetings, agendas, and notes.• Add crew workers to weekly roll-up and update billing information on the same.• Create bid folders and generate invoices.• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and provide information by answering questions and requests.• Generate reports and support the handling of multiple projects.• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.• Maintain computer and manual filing systems.• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.• Utilize skills in Data Entry and MS Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency
