Robert Half is Hiring a Billing Clerk Near Seattle, WA

We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Seattle, Washington for a Billing Clerk. This role is within the telecom provider industry and will primarily involve processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and managing billing functions. Responsibilities:• Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Create and maintain rate tables for clients to ensure accurate billing procedures • Generate and submit invoices to clients using various eBilling systems • Submit accruals to clients via email and eBilling systems to maintain up-to-date financial records • Create new client and matter records in various systems such as D365, Quickbase, and Qbill • Collaborate with the Billing Team to answer all incoming billing questions within a 24-hour timeframe• Generate ad hoc financial reporting for various stakeholders including the sales team, department heads, and clients • Provide general administrative support and reporting to the Billing Team and Billing Manager • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Billing Manager • Utilize skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data and billing records. Skills: • Experience with Billing Collection • Knowledge of Billing Functions and Billing Systems • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Excel • Experience with Invoice Coding and Customer Invoices • Familiarity with Central Billing Office operations.
