In this role, you'll be tasked with maintaining and processing financial transactions and records, with a focus on customer credit applications and accounts. This role is a key part of our finance team, and is central to the smooth running of our operations.Responsibilities:• Accurately process high volumes of invoices• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit accounts.• Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office Suites to keep track of financial transactions.• Carry out regular checks on customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.• Carry out accounting and billing functions, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and promptly.• Administer claims and handle any customer inquiries related to credit applications.• Leverage your experience in customer service to provide excellent service to our customers and resolve any issues they might have.• Use your skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports.• Participate in a clean-up project to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
