Job Summary:The role of the Advisory Billing Associate revolves around managing billing processes for advisory services catered to clients. This entails ensuring the accurate and punctual completion of monthly and quarterly billing cycles, alongside providing assistance in various billing tasks. Reporting directly to the Advisory Billing Manager, the ideal candidate should possess a sound comprehension of financial transactions, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills with both advisors and internal colleagues.Responsibilities:Meeting strict deadlines within a dynamic work environment.Overseeing designated billing procedures, encompassing custodian uploads, fee billing analysis, and adjustment billing.Offering communication and assistance to advisors.Addressing and resolving issues arising from advisor inquiries concerning client billing.Regular interaction with advisors, vendors, and team members to deliver top-tier customer service.Assisting in resolving account complications with custodial firms.Participation in special projects as required.
