We are providing an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry, based in Cedar Park, Texas. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. This position is a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately process material billing for multiple locations and product lines• Collaborate with the Credit Department to resolve invoice issues, and process re-bills as necessary• Work with Dispatch to ensure all orders are set up accurately in point of sale system• Ensure company compliance with all applicable SOX requirements• Meet deadlines and ensure work is completed correctly• Utilize customer service skills in dealing with internal and external customers• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required• Perform other duties as assigned• Use skills in Billing, Rebills, Invoice Processing, Construction Industry, Credit - Collections, Purchase Orders, Prepare Invoices, Third Party Billing.
