We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves handling a variety of responsibilities related to billing and financial services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging their skills in accounting software systems, CRM, and billing functions.
Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices and billing statements with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize accounting software systems such as Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400
  • Work closely with shared services, specifically handling billing tasks
  • Use CRM and other software like Oracle Fusion and Fusion Financials for managing customer accounts and billing data
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely collection of payments
  • Participate in claim administration and collection processes
  • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with different teams to streamline and improve billing functions
  • Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
