We are searching for a diligent Credit Clerk to contribute to our banking team in Wyckoff, New Jersey. In this role, your main focus will be on processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain precise records of customer credit• Manage and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly• Take necessary action to collect delinquent payments• Assist in services such as cashing checks, making deposits, and suggesting different products and services based on customer needs• Provide service to retail banking customers• Obtain access for opening up new accounts• Work in various locations throughout the footprint as required• Provide excellent customer service while handling retail duties• Fluent in Spanish to cater to a wider range of customers. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
