Responsibilities of Role: o About 10 cases, mostly business litigationo Discoveryo Trial prep (supporting senior attorney who goes to trial, not first chairing)o Preparing for depositions (ideally take / defend too, but that’s not a must-have),o Drafting from templates (in Westlaw) motions to compel, MSJs, demurrers. This is a law & motion focus job, at least to start.^ Pay is contingent upon experience with these duties. Details of Role:· Hours: Roughly 8am to 5pm· Hybrid Schedule: 3 days on site in Newport Beach, 2 from home. More on site at the beginning to get to know the team and cases, if possible.
