A boutique defense litigation law firm is seeking an associate attorney to join their practice. Cases vary from defense of personal injury, insurance claims and coverage, construction defect, and employment. This role offers fully remote flexibility with the exception of monthly in-office team meetings and court appearances. Candidates must reside in Oregon state and be able to commute to courts and office as needed on a limited basis.The base salary range is flexible and established around 90-140k DOE plus additional bonus earnings. Their annual billable goal is 1750. They offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance with premiums fully paid by the firm for employees, dependents can be added, 401k with guaranteed 3% safe harbor contribution and unlimited PTO/sick time. They provide in-person and virtual ongoing mentorship and hope to grow any new attorneys over time. There is strong potential for partnership if desired by the employee, although eventual future interest in partnership is not required.
