THIS IS A 100% ONSITE ROLE.Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing financial statements (GAAP/IFRS).Report to shareholders.General Ledger Management:Reconcile general ledger accounts.Monitor transactions and resolve discrepancies.Month/Year-End Close:Support closing processes.Review financial reports and adjust entries.Financial Analysis:Integrate Budget and Forecast.collaborate with the Finance DepartmentInternal Controls:Maintain internal controls.Participate in audits.Tax Compliance:Collaborate on tax filings.Respond to inquiries and audits.Fixed Assets Ledger:Create and maintain fixed assets ledger.Treasury:Assist with treasury activities.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements.Support ERP system implementation.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Business Administration:Manage business licenses.
