Dive into a culture of innovation and growth, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for advancement. Some Responsibilities as Assistant Controller: Provide oversight for month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and third-party accounting.Lead quarter-end close and financial statement preparation according to NCREIF and GAAP standards.Conduct investment vehicle cash analysis.Approve payables/expenditure workflow through NEXUS, Paymode-X/Kyriba, and MRI systems.Respond to internal and external inquiries.Consolidate and reconcile investment accounts for various funds, separate accounts, joint ventures, and co-investments.Oversee monthly report preparation for investment vehicles.Coordinate quarterly investor reporting packages and REIT maintenance tasks.
