The ideal candidate will have a background in software development/engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Provide second and third level technical support to resolve system-related issues.Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of our software products.Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure application functionality is in line with client's needs.Create and distribute related technical documents and user manuals.Develop appropriate measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
