We are in search of an AP/AR Clerk based in Marlboro, Massachusetts. The role involves managing payroll functions and accounts payable tasks, such as processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, including reviewing timecards and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.• Manage accounts payable activities, such as vouchering invoices and reviewing payments.• Communicate with department managers regarding invoice status.• Manage travel and expense policy, and reconcile corporate credit card statements.• Provide support for monthly reporting and year-end audits.• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer credit accounts.• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for managing accounting functions.• Perform data entry tasks and check processing as required.
