Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in working with AIA documents, understanding construction contracts, and processing related paperwork.
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with project terms and requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables to ensure timely payment from contractors.
- Manage lien waiver documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Code and route invoices using the HH2 system, keeping accurate records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement to verify purchase orders and track expenses.
- Handle approximately 100-125 invoices per week, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
